About Laphroaig Triple Wood

Laphroaig Triple Wood is a richly complex Islay single malt whisky, matured in three different cask types. It begins its journey in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, followed by smaller quarter casks that intensify the maturation process. The whisky is then finished in European oak sherry casks, adding layers of fruit and sweetness to the signature peaty, smoky character of Laphroaig. This unique maturation process creates a deep and balanced flavour profile, combining intense smoke, dried fruit, vanilla, and spice, delivering a bold and full-bodied whisky with a long, warming finish.
